I purchased a Grab-one Style & Cut Incl. Shampoo, Conditioner Treatment & Blow Dry (Purchase ID: 31324291) for my university aged daughter. She asked the hairdresser for long layers multiple times and when she could see that this wasn't happening she asked again and was told that would be a whole new hair cut (whatever that means).  The cut was rushed and finished being just a blunt uneven line, not tapered, not layered, not even straight - a haircut I could of given her at zero cost. The blow dry was literally just drying her hair which she could of done herself. At the end when my daughter again mentioned that it hadn't been layered, the hairdresser then told her that she had - a complete lie. Yes it was a grab one but it was suppose to be a Style & Cut Incl. Shampoo, Conditioner Treatment & Blow Dry - $120 worth of value. My daughter was taken advantage of as she is young with a sweet nature - I complained by email but have been ignore. Worse experience, It's frustrating when you leave a salon feeling unhappy with your hair or the service. Overcharging or surprise fees,  bad customer experience. Moreover, Bad haircuts or styles that don't match what you asked for, Being charged extra For services that were supposed To be included in the original price. Nikita did my permanent straightening and she did her job very well. I feel they get connected to their customers personally and did a follow up as well to check with me, this made me feel like they actually value their customers. I had a terrible first time experience here but after messaging them feedback privately they offered a free session to fix that. The follow up session was great and I would happily go back to the same stylist. The day I had the poor experience they were short-staffed and the person seemed super inexperienced (couldn't wash hair or trim) so hopefully just a one off and unlucky.
